August 2026 updates

Help Desk CSV export and multi-column sorting, search and referral improvements, a viewer-presence indicator, and the 2026 HMIS Sex field.

New

  • Export the Help Desk queue to CSV, and sort it by more than one column.
  • A presence indicator shows when someone else is viewing the same community member profile.
  • Type-ahead contact search when finalizing a referral.
  • Referral Details shows the phone type and description.
  • Interaction history shows the referring clinician for each interaction.
  • Whoever created a program enrollment can delete it until it has real activity.

Improved

  • Service search relevance, location filtering and ranking.
  • The HMIS Sex field follows the 2026 structured-field standard.
  • New records default to security scoped to the current program, and the referral button follows the same visibility rules.
  • Merged contacts now redirect to the surviving record.

Fixed

  • Help Desk status and type filters.
  • Community member search with fuzzy name matching.
